PROFESSIONAL GROOMING AND BATHING
Our Process
Professional Full Service grooms and Tune-ups are booked by phone at 208-870-2579. Professional Bath & Blows can be booked online for Thursday-Saturday appointments and by phone for Tuesday and Wednesday appointments.
- Once scheduled, you will receive an email to confirm your grooming appointment and a link to complete the necessary form within 48 hours. We require a credit card on file as changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a $25 fee.
- Reminders are sent 48 hours and 1 hour prior to your scheduled drop-off time.
- When you arrive you will be greeted by your groomer. They will complete an inspection of your dog(s), discuss grooming preferences, and provide an estimated completion time.
- A text will be sent approximately 15-30 minutes before your dog is ready. Please note that any dogs not picked up within 60 minutes of this notification will incur a $10 fee for handling as we ensure dogs always have access to water and therefore need potty breaks.
Grooming Pricing
Our published price ranges by dog breed are estimates. Costs for mixed breed dogs will be based on the predominant breed. Adjustments will be made for coat condition and temperament.
